For as long as I can remember, my greatest joy has been to see someone light up. As a child, I didn’t think in terms of energy, although I remember sensing when a person resonated with what they were engaged in, be it sport, art, learning, being in nature. It would simply delight me to be in their radiance because it felt so right, like ‘all is well in the world”.  Now I know my joy is from seeing someone align with their truth, their authentic nature, and in doing so it would get their energies humming. And so I have been drawn to help people discover what lights them up, to help them come into balance and shine their radiance.  I want that for everyone - for themselves, their communities and the world.  My deepest desire continues to be for people to truly see their incredible beauty, shed those patterns or traumas that suppress their vital and essential nature, and connect with their magnificent, unique soul wisdom so that they can live from a place of creative inspiration and joy. 

For decades, I have learned to shed many of my own stories and limiting patterns so that I can listen more and more deeply to what resonates for me, to my own wild wisdom. I have been called to learn, practice, and teach the energy modalities and spiritual practices that hold deep healing and wisdom for myself.  I continue to learn and when I experience something that is particularly valuable, I bring it into my work.

My greatest teacher, refuge, and healer has been Mother Earth. From a very young age, I spent every summer backpacking in the wilds of the Canadian Rockies. I have been deeply informed by the Rockies and they sustain me today as I live in their rugged beauty with my husband, where we had the privilege of raising two incredible sons. 

I am in immense gratitude to my heart-centred, wise and brilliant teachers, Prune Harris, Adyashanti, Donna Eden, Manfred Lukas, Alberto Villoldo, Dr. Neil Blacklock, Dr. Melinda Connor and so many more.  I bow in reverence to Mother Earth, my spiritual lineages, my teachers and my Guides.
